Corporate funds invest off a parent company's balance sheet; Affiliated funds are venture arms of larger investment firms. For those, the Founders column names the parent and who launched or leads the fund.
How to use this list
Filter by what you build. A humanoid company and a warehouse-automation company should pitch different firms, and a firm's recent robotics deals tell you more than its homepage.
Corporate funds can bring factories, fleets and customers. They can also signal to that company's competitors. Decide which you need before you take the meeting.
The best route to most of these firms is a founder they already backed. Check their portfolio for robotics companies near yours and ask for an introduction.
About the data. Focus areas describe each firm's physical AI and robotics activity, not its whole portfolio. Founders and founding years come from each firm's own site, Wikipedia and launch coverage; where a firm was spun out or renamed, we give the year its current fund family began. Check a firm's site for current partners and check sizes before you reach out.
